WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. You can also choose to pay with PayPal or Afterpay.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. We also cannot accommodate any changes to an order once it has been placed. Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card details, and product selection is correct, as HNACHI HAIR is not responsible for any mistakes. Thank you.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. all sales are final. please note, HNACHI HAIR reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged product.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Please note that we do not accept exchanges for products or shades. Once your order is placed, the item you selected will be delivered as ordered. If, after delivery, the product or shade is not as expected, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please be aware that HNACHI HAIR cannot authorize any returns or exchanges if the product has been used or opened.

MY ORDER SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I CAN’T FIND IT. CAN YOU HELP?

Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or if it has been lost in transit by the carrier. We would be happy to assist you

MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please complete the Contact Us Form and include a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your product. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you.

I RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEMS IN MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. please provide your order number with your inquiry.

DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you do not have to set up an account to place an order. But by creating an account, you'll enjoy a 15% discount on your first purchase, as well as free delivery within the United States for all orders. Additionally, you'll have early access to new product launches. Moreover, you can accumulate points with each product purchase. Occasionally HNACHI HAIR will apply a gift with purchase to orders. please note that unless otherwise stated, all free gifts redeemed alongside a customer's orders are included while supplies last and are therefore not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer complimentary standard shipping for most international orders over $150, excluding duties & taxes. There may be product specific restrictions. International orders can experience delays, if your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of order placement, please contact our Customer Service team for updates via our Contact Us Form. Delivery times vary by destination country. Most international orders will be delivered within 4 and 21 business days of order fulfillment at our warehouse. For applicable countries, duties & taxes either be automatically calculated in the product price or during checkout.

SHIPPING DISRUPTIONS

Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL, and their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
